What has made us so cynical, so indifferent? We only do what we need to do to get by. 
Cuando tenía seis años de edad, mis padres instalaron una línea telefónica por primera vez en mi hogar. Vivíamos en un área muy rural, así que era un lujo tener teléfono, algo que nunca habíamos experimentado antes. I love God with all my heart. So I just don’t understand why I’m not living the lifestyle that a Christian should live. What can I do to change my life and begin to live with God 24/7? 
It’s two in the morning and cold outside and raining. The vet says the only hope of saving Charlie’s eyesight is to apply an antibiotic salve every two hours for the next coupled of days, so I drag out of bed; pull on my pants, coat, and muck bots over my pajamas; and head out to Charlie’s shelter.
